By Vaseline May31,2024

From epic nude fits, sheer dresses and effortless garden party chic, Maya Jama is a certified style icon. That’s why whenever she adds a new look to the ‘gram, or debuts an unreal red carpet ensemble, we immediately know it’s going to be a 10/10.

And it’s no different for Maya’s latest offering, which screams Regency core with a modern twist. She takes to her grid to share a series of photos ahead of the upcoming season of Love Island(which we *can* wait for), the 29-year-old stunned in a white strapless lace dress with a built-in corset.

The dress was complete with layers of ruffles across the chest and tied at the waist with a white ribbon. The dress had two large thigh-high slits that showed off Maya’s toned pins. The ruffled skirt, which was embellished with more lace details, then flowed to the floor in multiple sections.

But the ultimate twist came in the form of bright white hotel slippers, which Maya combined with the summer fit. And we’re not going to lie; We are excited. Who says you can’t combine fashion? And comfort?

To complete the surreal look, Maya wore a number of gold rings, earrings and an assortment of bangles on her left wrist. She styled her long brunette hair into mermaid waves with a side parting and wore a sultry makeup look consisting of winged eyeliner, a hint of blush and a nude lip.

After posting the photos on social media, many other fans also fell head over heels in love with the outfit.

“Where is this dress from please?” one fan wrote, while another said: “The dress gives angel.”

“Mayaaaaa on faayaaah,” a third typed, while a fourth added: “This dress,” followed by a killed of fire emojis.
